Arrival City Orientations

If you’re an international and taking part in an Instructor Internship completing an Arrival City Orientation is compulsory as you will need to open a Bank Account and obtain a Tax Identification number.

The start dates in the tables above are when you need to arrive to your City Orientation Destination. Destinations are:

• Vancouver for Big White, Revelstoke and Cypress
• Calgary for Lake Louise, Norquay, Castle and Nakiska
• San Francisco for USA Courses
• Tokyo for Japan Courses
• Queenstown for New Zealand Courses
• Geneva for Switzerland Courses

The cost for this is US$350 for Canada and USA Courses, US$450 for Japan and Switzerland Courses, NZD$450 for New Zealand Courses. These orientations include:

• Airport welcome and hotel transfer
• Two night’s accommodation including breakfast
• An evening meal at a local restaurant with other program participants
• City sightseeing!
• A day to organize essentials – tax ID number, bank account, mobile phone
• Transfer to your training resort
• EA Program Manager
