Revelstoke is located in British Columbia, Canada, about 400 miles east of Vancouver. Revelstoke Mountain Resort is the only resort in the world to offer lift, cat, heli, and backcountry skiing and snowboarding from one resort village base. And if you’re looking for powder and lots of it, then this really is the place to find it – historical annual snowfall is a whopping 12 to 18 metres, yes that’s 40 to 60 feet per season!
Revelstoke Mountain Resort opened in December 2007, so it’s brand spanking new in terms of resorts, and offers the best of the best in terms of facilities and terrain!

With 90% of the mountain being intermediate to advanced level terrain get ready for some serious skiing or snowboarding. The resort is being developed more and more each season, and upon final completion will offer more than 20 lifts and over 100 ski and snowboard runs.

“Thank you for considering EA’s Ski & Snowboard Instructor Internship Program at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. I think that the decision to come join us here at RMR is an easy one. Opportunity is what it is all about. One opportunity is to be a part of a small, passionate and extremely dedicated team. We treat you as a pro while you are training to be a pro. Another opportunity is to ride at one of the world’s most exciting resorts. Revelstoke Mountain Resort lays claim to North America’s longest vertical and huge snowfalls. The city of Revelstoke offers the opportunity to live in one of Canada’s most scenic cities. The city has great restaurants and nightlife, all kinds of sporting options, a movie theater and lots more.
The time that you spend training with us will be the time of your life. Your success on the level 1 course is our goal. We will make sure to give you all of the tools you need to be successful both in certification courses and as a Pro. It will be up to you to learn how to use those tools and apply them when needed. We know that this is a first step on an incredible adventure and we want to make things exciting and fun for you. Being a Pro means that you will go above and beyond for your guests. The teaching is one side of it but the mentoring is another. You will have the ear of your pros, they will be there to give you advice and ongoing training tips. Being a part of our team means friendships that last a lifetime and the ability to count on others to support you.
I have chosen to live here with my wife because of the lifestyle, the mountain, the people and the chance to be a part of something special. I am incredibly fortunate that the team I have surrounded myself with is beyond compare. Every day I am reminded why I do what I do and during the winter I step out onto one of the best playgrounds and create a new adventure.
