EA Ski and Snowboard Training Interns will live in Banff, the highest town in Canada. Banff is a bustling resort town with a fun nightlife scene.
Working as an instructor at Mt. Norquay offers great opportunities for anyone interested in pursuing their instructor career. Mt Norquay employees are well supported and provided with internal training opportunities. A high level of professionalism and organisational skills are expected, and you can expect to be busy during the holiday weeks such as Christmas and public holidays, with less work available during the remainder of the season.
Accommodation during our internship program at Mt Norquay is located in a shared house in central Banff, putting you within easy walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants, and everything the town has to offer. The house provides a comfortable and social living environment, with shared bedrooms accommodating 3–4 people.
The central location makes it easy to explore Banff in your free time, with local bus services available to access Mt Norquay and other areas around town.
EA will cover the accommodation for the first month of training. After this period, accommodation costs will be your responsibility, with payment details and rates provided prior to your arrival.

EA Ski and Snowboard Training want you to have the best season possible at Norquay. This means that we have a program manager on the ground, who is easily contacted and there to offer advice and support at all times. They will be a familiar face to make your gap year and first winter season that much easier.

Our ski internship plus program at Norquay, Banff allow you to obtain a globally recognised qualification with PSIC.
The PSIC qualification is highly regarded in the industry and a qualification with the Canadian system will build your technical understanding and allow you to effectively instruct skiing.
Remember that if you are taking a plus internship, the level 2 exam fees are not included as not everyone chooses to sit these.
