EA Ski and Snowboard Training has partnered with the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School to provide ski and snowboard instructor internships courses in Saas-Fee. This is the biggest ski school in Saas-Fee. With skiing and riding at between 2500-3500m, the views are stunning and the snow is super-reliable.

On an EA Ski Instructor Internship, you will receive a job offer from Swiss Ski and Snowboard School after successfully passing your Level One exam and begin teaching lessons during the busy Christmas holiday period. In January, you will start your Level Two training, combined with shadowing experience and more work opportunities during other busy periods.
The approximate pay rate for ski instructing in your first year here is 30 Swiss Francs per hour which is as good as you will find anywhere. Those that speak other languages would likely get more hours during busy times of the season too. As with any ski school, there is no guarantee of hours during the season. Work will vary based on factors such as snow conditions and guests in the resort. The training on our ski instructor course in Saas-Fee takes place with fully qualified English speaking Instructors from the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School. Places on our instructor internship in Saas-Fee are limited.
With our Training Programs, we offer a range of time periods to suit your needs - a 5 week program focusing on level 1 which runs from mid-November into December, our 9 week program which runs through the Autumn on the glacier which includes level 2 training and could set you up for a full season working for the ski school in Saas Fee (depending on eligibility) or in another resort/country, and also our 12 week program running throughout Feb, March and part of April.
Our ski instructor courses at Saas-Fee are the best way to kick-start your career as a ski instructor, providing you with world-class training, two certifications and an epic winter season skiing some of the best power Europe has to offer.
Accommodation is provided in nearby Saas-Grund, a traditional Swiss ski village just a short bus ride from the Saas-Fee lift station. You’ll stay in a chalet-style lodge, sharing a room with 3 to 5 other trainees. The lodge includes a large communal kitchen, dining area, ski room, Wi-Fi, and a TV. It’s a cozy and convenient base for your alpine training adventure.
Post training, EA and your Program Manager can offer you support in finding season long accommodation in Saas-Fee.

Our ski instructor training course at Saas-Fee in Switzerland allows you to obtain a globally recognised qualification with the PSIE (Ski).
The PSIE qualification is highly regarded in the industry and a qualification that will build your technical understanding and allows you to effectively instruct skiing in Europe and abroad.
PSIE also has direct pathway links with PSIC in Canada.
